Getting Access to Callista
Who needs to apply for an account
Academic staff (including casuals) are automatically granted inquiry access to Callista and MyStudents, see below for access instructions.
The following types of staff still need to apply for an account.
- General Staff
- MAIS Others
How to get an Account
- Download and print the application form.
- Complete and sign the form.
- Have the application approved by an appropriate person in your department.
Once we receive your form, it generally takes 2 or 3 days for your account to be set up. We will contact you with the details when this process is complete.
How to Access MyStudents
MyStudents can be found in the MyStudents tab in the Staff Portal (http://www.murdoch.edu.au/goto/MyMurdochStaff )
The recommended web browsers are:
- PC – Internet Explorer 7 (or later), Firefox
- Mac – Safari, Firefox
How to Access Callista
Once you have you been notified of your account details access Callista using this URL: http://sis.murdoch.edu.au
The reccomended web browsers are:

To use Callista off campus you need to use VPN. For more details on VPN see https://wwwcoms.murdoch.edu.au/vpn/
